Don’t be tricked like I was
I found out about the Endurance protection plan online everything sounded great even over the phone when talking to the customer service rep it all sounded great they said I could get started for under $300 I told them that I have been needing to take my vehicle to the shop because of the check engine light was on they ask how it was running onI said fine but also asked them when can I take my truck to the shop they said 30 days an 1000 miles , later I found out that was a lie they When I asked the dealer why my repairs are not covered they said that the endurance rep said they are not spending any money because I just gotten the plan 😡 then they said the mileage was not right and said I falsified the mileage I told them why would I bring my vehicle to the shop to be covered under the insurance if all of my ducks was not in a row there was nothing I’ve done that was wrong on my part these people are a big con artist they gladly took my money as a down payment but now I won’t even return your phone call to tell why the claim is not covered please don’t be tricked like I was

Endurance Automotive Insurance has poor business practices
After purchasing the extended warranty our AC went out the day after the 30 day waiting period. On our way to the service shop we lost power. The automotive shop called us a day later and said the transmission was bad. After turning this into Endurance the Insurance company denied our claim due to it being one day past the waiting period. We explained to Will Jayko that we have service receipts showing the transmission was serviced every 40,000 miles and was last in the shop at 80,000 miles. We drove nearly 200 miles over the required mileage for the warranty.
They are claiming pre existing issue. I feel this is not right.
App and coverage
I can’t use their app to try to find out about my car. I didn’t receive my contract, which they changed on me, until 2 months after I paid down deposit. I believe they lied about my coverage and know they lied about rental and coverage, according to the contract I got is not the coverage I’m paying $90 a month for. I have been without a vehicle for 8 days now, will be 11 on Monday, when they actually open. The concierge service is a joke. They help you with nothing. Do not use this company. Try car check or AAA who cover bumper to bumper, which is what this company told me I had in December 2019
