Engage SSF lets you contact the City using your smart phone or tablet. You can send us a question, post a complaint about something we are not doing right, or give us kudos for a job well done. Using your device’s GPS, you can upload a specific location (if required) and with the use of its camera, you can attach a picture, as well. Once submitted, report will be routed to the appropriate department within the City and you will be notified when action is taken. Community members can also follow and comment on your submission. Engage SSF makes it easier than ever to reach out to the City!

I would suggest more fine grained search filters, e.g., "open and not acknowledged".
SSF app doesn’t allow comments and they don’t fix issues. They simply “close” the ticket with no follow up or in the case of police dept they will send a message saying they don’t monitor this so just call them instead. Why bother offering a service that is unavailable? What a joke
Insufficient in policing code violations, that SSF will be a third rate city.
