Getting better

When the app first launched it was pretty buggy but over the following releases it has become better and less crashes.

Go back to the drawing board

Maybe this software works for some applications, but it does NOT work for others. Both the driver and dispatcher user interfaces are complicated, slow, unreliable and counter-intuitive. I’ve used a lot of different dispatch softwares, and this is the worst by a large margin. This does not feel like it was designed by those in the industry. If you’re dealing with a large volume of trucks, that is, more than 2-3, then stay far far away. It’s hard to use, and the data it collects in load reports is worthless. You’re better off using pencil and paper.

Game changer

Been using this to reduce inefficiency at my production sites. Ticketing system is really smooth. There’s a few things they need to keep working on but this already has made our operations much more simple and cut out paperwork
