Available in the app today: educational articles, HECM reverse mortgage pricing estimates, and the option to connect with a licensed Ennkar specialist. All calculator results are estimates only—not a loan offer, approval, or commitment to lend. HECM borrowers must complete HUD-approved counseling before origination.
