Subscriber who can’t access online issues

I tried to contact someone about issues with this app, but I was told to simply make sure the app is updated. It is. Nothing. Refreshing my library and checking for updates isn’t doing much. I am a current subscriber that cannot access any issues on the app beyond August 2020.

What’s Wrong!

I have subscribed to Entertainment Weekly for years...as one of its charter members decades ago. Up until this year, I have given my paper issues to my sister and read my paid issues on my iPad. Now there is no way to do it on this app. There used to be a way whereby I could input my account number but it doesn’t exist anymore and you want me to pay per issue when I have a paid subscription through June, 2021.

UPDATE:
Everything is fixed and I now have access to my paid subscription on the app! However, the app crashes repeatedly after reading a page or two. It’s always something, eh?

App does not work

I have subscribed to this magazine for years but lately the app has required me to pay for issues that I already have a subscription to. I still get the magazine in the mail but I wish that the app would allow me to read it on my phone
