EntraPass go puts you in control of your security. It enables you to interact with your EntraPass security system from anywhere at any time. This easy-to-use mobile app gives you real-time access to over 20 security tasks including: Managing and creating access cards with the ability to take a picture from your device camera and add it to the access card you just created. Of course you can lock and unlock doors but you can also request reports and e-mail them in different formats.
EntraPass go also gives you the ability to create and assign Access Levels, list the events occurring in your system and much more. When used with EntraPass 6.04 or later, video and intrusion integration are also supported.

Connectivity is Flakey
I have been using this application for about 4 months. During this time, I have had to create a new server profile several times because the one I was using would mysteriously stop working (cannot connect to server message received). The new server profile works fine, with the exact same settings, but then after a while the same things happens and I have to create a new server profile again to get it to connect. When I contacted support, I was told it was just a technical "fluke"
Do NOT upgrade!
My app worked flawlessly for over a year. When a new version came out I was hesitant to upgrade, and for good reason. Once I installed the new version, everything stopped working. Kantech will not help, and refers everything back to the original installers so they can rule out server problems, leaving you on the hook to pay for a service call. The only changes on my end was the app, nothing on the server. Poor service!
Nonfunctional after last week’s update
Since last weeks update to the app, it’s not responsive. The app launches. It authenticates and logs in or gives too many login errors (though I’m the only person who uses it). The interface fills the screen but is completely unresponsive to any touch, like its frozen completely. Neither quitting/relaunching nor restarting iPhone 11Pro fixes problem.
