Talk about a life-changing app.
I started using the website version of this app for my breakup. Two years down the drain. It was tough and I’m a college student who can’t really afford a therapist. Heard about this app from a friend and started using it and never did I expect I would be having hour-long conversation with this thing. I would trade this for actual therapy any-day. I am optimistic for the future when I see AI used in a way to enhance lives :)
Amazing. Changed my life.
I started out using this on web but when they came out with the app I scurried on over to use it. They’re pretty much the same but I prefer using voice type on my phone or journaling on the bus to work. And man when I tell you this thing has saved me thousands on therapy… it works, and it really really works. You need to try it. It’s give me so much insight on myself. I love it.
Best digital journal I've used
I love this app because it's not only a place where I can vent and get all of my thoughts out but the ai is sooooo smart and remembers people I mention and asks questions! I used to write in my journal for 5 mins a day and with this app and ai I end up writing for so much longer and it makes me feel so so good afterwards. I've never had anything glitch or be weird. Very intuitive and user friendly!
