Bad Customer service
I made a mistake by sending the money to the wrong person. I tried to cancel the shipment through the application, but there is no way to contact the customer service. You would tell me that you would be in analysis. The money came out of my account, but also. to doi deposited not even for the wrong person. Every time I make a remittance to the contrary of the other apps that do almost immediately if it is in bank hours it takes much more time. Horrible!

BAD SERVICE!!!!
Péssimo atendimento e serviços!
Após inúmeras tentativas de contato, a equipe de atendimento, nao consegue resolver um problema interno de cadastro! Apos confirmacoes de todos os dados, como, (Nome, telefone, endereço, número do cartao, nome do beneficiário… etc) comigo e com o banco!
A USEND não autoriza a transferência,
não autorizaram, MAS DESCONTARAM DA CONTA E NÃO ESTORNARAM !
Os funcionários nao fizeram um mínimo de esforço para tentar ajudar!
Um lixo de serviço!
Normalmente quem usa este tipo de serviço está mandando dinheiro para o País natal, para ajudar a família, pagar conta, nao estamos transferindo milhões para paraísos fiscais, sao pessoas que necessitam deste serviço, e vcs fazem um DESSERVIÇO À SOCIEDADE!
Terrible care and service!
After numerous attempts to contact, the service team, cannot solve an internal problem of registration!
After confirming all data, such as, (Name, phone, address, card number, beneficiary name… etc) with me and the bank!
USEND does not authorize the transfer, it did not authorize it but it deducted from the account and they did not refund!
And the staff don't make the slightest effort to try to help! rubbish service!
Usually those who use this type of service are sending money to their home country, to help their family, pay their bills, we are not transferring millions to tax havens, they are people who need this service, and you are DOING A SOCIETY DESSERVICE

Great app / ótimo aplicativo
It’s been great sending money through this app - very convenient and fast - if you live in the U. S. and need to send money to Brasil, make the transfer before 11 a.m. and it’s usually into the person’s account on the same day. I also used it to pay bills in BRAZIL - it really works
O aplicativo tem funcionado muito bem pra mim - caso você more nos E.U.A. e precise enviar dinheiro para uma conta corrente ou poupança no Brasil, com urgência - basta fazer a transferência antes das 11h da manhã que geralmente cai na conta da pessoa no mesmo dia (dias úteis, e claro) - também já usei para pagar boletos no Brasil - funciona bem (apesar da taxa) - para quem não mantém uma conta corrente no Brasil com acesso on-line para pagamento de compras, e muito útil e conveniente
