A simple app that displays the current temperature in your menu bar.
Fixed a memory bug that was the root cause of the reloading animation never going away.

Works, but data is way off
5-13: gotta redo my initial review. You’ve gotten the update bug sorted, which I appreciate. However, the app reads 66 degrees outside, and it’s more like 85 degrees. All the popular weather sites read the same. Not sure where you’re getting your weather data, but it’s waaaay off!
This is one of those simple apps that does its job well. It sits in my menu bar and tells me how cold it is outside. There are more sophisticated options out there, but I’ll stick to this one. Great job.
Minimalistic and I love it
All I want is just a small menu bar app that shows me the outside temperature and retains the look-and-feel of OS X and EnvironTemp is the best I’ve found so far. I like the small outlined graphic depiction of current weather (e.g. rainy cloud, shiny sun, crescent moon) and it matches OS X aesthetic reasonably well.
Only complaint is that the small outlined graphic next to the temperature doe not show up when OS X Yosemite is in Dark Mode! It appears when you click on widget in the menu bar; when the menu bar area is highlighted blue, you can see the graphic drawn, but it’s black — not white like it needs to be. Fix that and this app is perfect! Temp readings may be a liiiitle bit off, but UI-wise, it’s nearly perfect. A+++++++ would buy again.
Though the app works, the temps are way off. The data provider (OpenWeatherMap) is consistently off by 10-15 degrees. I tried multiple zip codes to see if it was something with a particular location but they are all off. Need a better provider for temps.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
