Poorly designed app barely usable
Do you think the company selling products to the visually impaired could do better than this with their app design, which offers no feedback at all via voice over as to how to use it or control it.
Developer Response ,
The app does work with voice over and was tested by several visually impaired before store deployment. We also had several Lighthouse for the Blind organizations test for us. We love feedback and if you could provide more detail from your experience we will incorporate your feedback into ELI.
Needs some tweaking
I bought the hundred label package and downloaded the app. I put a label on a box to scan and there is no hints audible hints to tell you that it is scanning and when to record what the product is or what you want to record. I did eventually get a box labeled but it took me forever. I try to scan and label another item and I cannot get it to function. Again I think if there was some audio hints to what it is doing it would perhaps be easier to use. I did write and give feedback back to envision BLI.
