Steal of A Deal
I have been using Envoy since it was placed in my apartment complex several months ago. We are a one car family and often one car isn’t enough. Envoy has put that problem to rest. The price is so low especially with the price of gasoline on the rise. I’ve only used the Nissan Leaf and it has met my needs quite well. And Envoy stands up for its customers. Recently I was returning a vehicle and found a private electric car parked in the Envoy designated spot and they had the nerve to plug in their car and take the card that activated the charger. I contacted the local property manager who immediately notified Envoy. Envoy waived the fee for this inconvenience. They have a loyal customer here. If you can check out an Envoy vehicle do it.
It’s a good app.
Personally, I use Envoy several times. My experience is really good. I’m an international student, living at an apartment which is far away from Grocery Store. I know the feeling living in the US without of a car. The Envoy electric give me a solution for convenient transportation with a reasonable price. Also their electric cars are environmentally friendly. And the app is easy enough for use. Hope this company keep doing what they love.
Very Disappointed with Envoy!!!!!!
Car has had a flat tire and needs to be patched or replaced, I notified Envoy. It’s been 10 days and they still haven’t made the repair. It’s been raining and it would have been nice to have the car available. They finally repaired the tire but it’s not available on the app because they have to go in and clear it to be rented. Emailed them to let them know but we’re up to 16 days now!!! Weird since renting this car out is how they make their money!!!!
I’ve been holding out on buying a new car to see if I can just use public transportation and the Envoy car. Was going to start renting it every weekend starting in January so I’m glad this happened so I can see just how unreliable the service is. Having this car working and available is not Envoys priority!!! I’ve had a bunch of small issues with the car/service but this is definitely the cherry on top.
