Well worth it!!!

I’ve been contemplating for a while about giving Envoy a try. I finally took the plunge and let me tell you it was worth it. The convenience of having them basically at my doorstep and the price can not be beat!! No gas to replace, no deposits to make like traditional rental car companies and no worries. I will definitely use again and tell all my friends!! Thank you Envoy!!!

Great idea, terrible technology

Envoy is a fantastic idea and in the beginning it worked well and allowed me mobility without owning a car. Since the last couple of months the service has changed from great to terrible. Most of the times the cars don’t open via the app, so you are locked outside, you have to pay for the time you can not use the car. You can get in touch with support, but expect at least 20 minutes to get a reply. The back and forth can take up to an hour. My advice: If you try to be somewhere on time, don’t use this service. Start your booking at least one hour before you need to leave and make sure it unlocks. You will have to pay for this additional time, but that’s the reality of this unreliable service. Last, but not least, always have a plan B like an Uber or a rental car.

Also management is not on top of maintenance of the cars. Last time I got pulled over, because the registration has expired. The cop was nice, after I explained the situation, but it was still an awakening moment.

Steal of A Deal

I have been using Envoy since it was placed in my apartment complex several months ago. We are a one car family and often one car isn’t enough. Envoy has put that problem to rest. The price is so low especially with the price of gasoline on the rise. I’ve only used the Nissan Leaf and it has met my needs quite well. And Envoy stands up for its customers. Recently I was returning a vehicle and found a private electric car parked in the Envoy designated spot and they had the nerve to plug in their car and take the card that activated the charger. I contacted the local property manager who immediately notified Envoy. Envoy waived the fee for this inconvenience. They have a loyal customer here. If you can check out an Envoy vehicle do it.
