The app stopped working 2 weeks ago and still doesn’t work

Mr. Mooch13, I am PIC of managing EPARK applications.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I am sorry for the problem that app dosen't work , but I would appreciate it if you could try the following procedure. //1, Please uninstall the EPARK app. 2, Please reinstall the EPARK app from the app store. 3, On the screen after boot (after 4 sheets of tutorial picture), select "Try to use without registering" at the bottom of the screen. 4, Please log in from my page in the app.//If the above steps do not resolve this, please fill out the status of the application being unavailable from the inquiry form below.■Contact Us | https://help.epark.jp/helpdesk?category_id=112&site_domain=default *Please select EPark application .Thank you for your continued EPARK application.
