Love it!

This app is fantastic. From the warm up to the cool down, it provides the complete package. The 7 unique workouts provide challenging movements for all levels of fitness enthusiast. This is a great app to help you stay on top of your work outs when traveling or have an extra hour in between jobs. Very excited to have this app. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Terrible instructions, nice workouts

The workouts are nice and they keep you moving but:

1) if you want to know how to do the next exercise, too bad. You may only have 20 or 40 seconds of "xxxx", 3, 2, 1, go; then he explains what to do or you have to watch how it's being done on the screen. You can easily lose 5 to 10 seconds trying to figure out what exercise is being done.

2) want to work both sides of your body? Better run through the exercises again and do the opposite side, because he will not tell you to switch sides even though the models are switching sides.

Great workout

This is an awesome app! There is a lot of variety and is a challenging workout no matter what your fitness level is!

It is great to use when you are traveling or pressed for time; you do not need much space to do the workouts or time. :)

The app is easy to use and depending on how you are feeling you can choose the workout!
