Love it!

Love this app and EPIC Health! If you aren’t a patient I highly recommend giving them a try!

This app is garbage

I was looking forward to it. It has some great ideas.

Did any QA happen on this project at all?

Tried to schedule an appointment (multiple times) and it failed or errored every time. When I explained this to my pcp office they weren’t even aware it had this feature.

My results aren’t always updated.

What does the “communication” feature do? I’ve asked a question and it never got a response from anyone. Couldn’t specify my doctor for the communication either. Just off into space.

There aren’t any customization or settings that I can tell. No way to purge my data if I choose. No details or instructions on anything, you just need to explore the app and see what may or may not work.

Seems like the app was rushed.

Doesn’t work

I have the current version of the app according to the App Store, but when I launch the app it has a pop up to update from version 1.0.9 to version 1.09 — but I HAVE the latest version! There’s nothing to update! But the app won’t let me do anything but let it open up the App Store to update! It’s a loop!
