This app is so useful, if only the medication button worked.

I have had a hard time recording important details about my day because sometimes seizures or auras will occur during busy times for me. This app made it absolutely a breeze to keep track and share with my neurologist. The only issue is that I cannot add my medication. This is paramount. I need to have it documented because sometimes a missed or late dose is the cause for breakthrough seizures, not because my medication is failing. Fix that issue and this app definitely 5 stars.

Registrar Issue Solved .... I think

Like many, I encountered the same error message when trying to create an account on my iPhone, after downloading the app. Disappointed and frustrated, I was adamant to find a solution. After reading some more reviews, I tried creating the account on my laptop, to which I found my password was the issue; it didn’t contain a symbol. The app requires you to have an Uppercase, a lowercase, one digit and one symbol and it must be 7 characters long. They should really state those parameters on the app as well most users won’t be as persistent as myself and will just give up trying after receiving the error message. Like the majority of others, I’m pretty sure the password guidelines were the reason I wasn’t successful at registering through the app. I was then able to log-in on my iPhone with no problem. It would be nice if they fixed this roundabout issue because this is an app the community would greatly benefit from. I hope I was able to provide a bit of insight. Good luck

It was very helpful but now it doesn’t sync

This app has the ability to be great but it seems like it doesn’t get the support it needs when it is made by the epilepsy foundation. I liked the app because I was able to track and print out my seizures. This helped me tremendously when I had doctor appointments. We were able to look at the print out and talk about the issues that occurred.

Unfortunately, the app no longer get syncs for me. I cannot enter any new information. 😔
