ePPEcentre:

The ePPEcentre application was developed to make managing PPE easier, save time when performing inspections, and provide useful information throughout the life cycle of your products. Available on desktop or mobile.

• Your PPE park complies with the latest standards.
• Team members have access based on their role.
ADD YOUR PPE:
•Scan equipment from any brand (datamatrix, QR code, NFC tags) one by one or in bulk.
• Mark item destinations as backstock or in use, and utilize tags to organize inventory.
INSPECT YOUR PPE:
• Using the available inspection procedure and PPE tracking sheet, inspect each piece of equipment and update its status in the ePPEcentre database, either individually or in bulk.
• If needed, you can add photos or documents and print your inspection reports.
MANAGE YOUR PPE
• Assign controlled access to the ePPEcentre database.
• Quickly schedule upcoming inspections and product replacements from the dashboard.
• Track the entire life of each piece of equipment, from manufacturing to retirement.

• You can now scan NFC tags from the mobile app using a compatible smartphone.
• Batch scanning has been improved:
- When adding multiple products at once, you can now assign custom identifiers to make them easier to find.
- Compare a batch of PPE items tagged in ePPEcentre with your physical inventory (batch integrity check).
• Export your inspection reports from ePPEcentre, complete with your logo, company details, and signature.
• Annual subscriptions are now available! Contact us for more information.
• Add a secondary email address to receive ePPEcentre invoices.
And to enhance your experience with ePPEcentre, bug fixes have also been implemented.
