This app allows users to experience some of the features of EPSON OmniLink and EPSON TM receipt printers. This application also allows for peripherals to be attached to the printer and controlled by the Epson POS Printer Explorer app. This app includes common functions such as adding items to a shopping cart, check-out, payment and receipt printing. Items can be selected manually or by scanning product barcodes. Barcodes for scanning can be easily printed out using the application. The app allows the user to select printers using beacon feature, Epson Easy Connect QR codes, printer discovery or manual IP input. The Epson POS Printer Explorer application also allows the user to invoke Epson’s paper saving utility to show how much paper can be saved by simply turning this capability on.
Note: The purpose of this app is to familiarize developers with the EPSON OmniLink technology and EPSON TM printers.
