New Player With A Lot To Say

I just started playing about 10 minutes ago or so. I’m now level 4, and received my first mount, a white bear. I can’t tell you much about the game yet, and I haven’t seen any other players in the game yet, so it might be like a tutorial, but that’s pure speculation at this point, or maybe I’m just on a dead server.

I chose this game because from what I found about it, it most resembled World of Warcraft for mobile. Some of the characters and classes in the intro video definitely remind me of it. So do some of the class names, and the scenery of the castle when you take the gryphon reminded me a lot of Stormwind. They even have a knock-off Goldshire down the road called Beckshire or something . I’d love to rate and write a better review once I get farther. I don’t really like the auto run/attack/hand in quest. That’s what a lot of these mobile games are using lately. It doesn’t even feel like a game with all that. I like the yellow marker for where quests are and directions are a plus, but I need to actually play it to enjoy it, and there’s so much dialogue with no voice actor, so I’ve skipped every one of those. I suppose that button is nice. It’s nice that you don’t have to auto run though.

I’m looking forward to finding other players to level with. I chose a shaman to heal my group. I saw a list of people looking for “teams”, but there were only a few. I don’t think there are guilds, but I hope I’m wrong.

Not super pay to win. Technically it is but it’s enjoyable as a f2p. I’ve spent 30$ and only 20$ usefully and I’m top 30 on my server. Skill can make you beat people far more powerful which is GREAT. I win mvps in pvp. Can definitely see that changing and game becoming more pay to win. Your rewards from dailies as you level don’t go up but the costs to upgrade do. On server 10 and worst come to worst you can pay 5$ every monthish or so and be a competitive player in pve. Like I said though I’m sure it will be different when we reach lvl 60. On this game theirs a XP limit but it’s still fun so highest level on my server is 48 rn. 1 star because a lot of people can’t get loot in dungeons and they don’t address it. They have a Facebook and a site yet the issue isn’t brought up and I know it’s effecting a lot of players. Missing out on rewards I won’t be able to make up for. Utter BS. Makes me want to rage quit. If you like to tank which is all i do or like wow this is for you. Don’t comment referring me to a site do me a favor and say their either is or isn’t a fix instead of leaving us in the dark. Edit: changes 1 star to 5 star I just wish their was more communication with changes made to the game like easily accessible patch notes

Hello! Thanks for such detailed feedback. Unfortunately, not all game mechanics can't be changed. However, the bug with getting loot in dungeons is fixed, you can now receive the rewards. We hope you change your opinion about Era of Legends one day.

This is a great game! The graphics are great, and it’s very addictive. NOTE: okay, I’ve only been playing for 2 hours or so, but the game is kinda confusing… first of all, I am lvl 16, and I have been doing quests that have only been giving me Silverado I have been stuck on the same lvl for 1 hour trying to figure out what quests give you XP, and I assumed all did but nooo. This is frustrating cause my sis, who we downloaded the app together, is already like level 35, and leveling no problem. 😠 ANOTHER THING, is that why do I need silver coins if I can’t even figure out how to shop. Probably cause I’m a noob, but I click on shop and see all these worthless offers I do not even know how to use, I recently bought a new mount, it is a bear 🐻 I unlocked him with silver after some how teaching honor class or whatever. See, I didn’t even know that this existed, and after I spent good silver on the pet, I had no idea how to use it. Ivan only use my war bear as a mount, and have no idea whatsoever how to change it. Put simply, the features are confusing, and I recommend you make an update about this, or perhaps you could have a in game tutorial or something like that? The only thing I can do rn is complete quests that are giving me currency I can’t even use. Please fix this if you can, but overall, this game is great. 👍 what is best about this game, is you get free exploration
