With this information, and proper legal authority, Law Enforcement personnel can transfer the money associated with a prepaid card directly to a designated Law Enforcement bank account to protect the integrity of the evidence and ensure the funds are available for trial or forfeiture. ERAD™provides a full array of reports to provide forensic analysis and documentation required for subpoenas, warrants or management information.
