Best Pilates program and app!

Erica’s method and knowledge of women’s health through movement is like no one else. She has made it her life’s work to teach women how to repair, strengthen and connect with their bodies through movement with a focus on pelvic floor function, core and back health. By staying dedicated to this program with an easy segmented approach to daily movement practice, I have been able to heal my postpartum body issues and am now able to enjoy my very active lifestyle without pain! You can follow the calendar or choose from a variety of types of movement practices to fit your daily needs. The features in this app are awesome and I’ve never had any technical issues. Thank you Erica! 🙂

Awesome app! User-friendly and straightforward

Obviously the content is fantastic, and this app presents that content well!! I really love the way that the calendar is laid out with the day’s workout video, including letting you know exactly the equipment you need and how long the video is. I especially appreciate the feature to be able to “favorite” workouts so you can easily access that list and pull up your most beloved videos! Additionally my observation has been that the app support is excellent, so I’ve got nothing but love for the Core Studio app!! ♥️

Excellent Core Workout !!!

Erica Ziel has created a wonderful app that is easy to use and provides a variety of short (10-15 min) and longer 30+ minute core movements that are incredibly easy to fit into your daily routine. I especially like that her focus is on moving our bodies consistently and she uses a combination of Pilates, Yoga, Strength, Circuits and HIIT to keep you interested and engaged. She also balances that with healthy eating, nutrition, along with mental and physical well-being.
