Remote Access in an application developed by Ericsson to provide video/audio conferencing, screen recording, screen capture, and cloud-based storage along with additional functionality of “automatic” checklists, real-time bookmarking, searchable hyperlinked table of contents, annotated screen captures, and hotspots/hyperlinks to supplemental material.

The Remote Access Version 1.7.7 build includes Improved VSS/VCOP session type for direct mobile uploads into checklist rows, Snippet reprocessing Error messages, and a new robust speed test functionality to allow crew members to directly check the connectivity to Remote Access servers.

VERY BAD
I can’t hear him, he can’t hear me. My mic stops by it self, can’t log in need to re-install app very often. Video quality is bad in fact i am using an Iphone X.
