Frustrating Update
Often have to restart the app to be able to punch in or out. Viewing total hours worked is buggy (sometimes just show 0.00) and difficult to find. Total hours should be in the Main time clock view like before the update.

This payroll app is a game-changer! The new design is sleek, modern, and incredibly user-friendly. Navigating through the interface feels so intuitive, and it’s visually appealing as well. Best of all, it’s blazing fast, no more waiting around for pages to load or processes to complete. Everything works seamlessly, from viewing pay stubs to updating personal info.
Highly recommend this app for anyone who values efficiency and a great user experience!
Why is "Self Serve" in the name?
This app absolutely bombs, is slow, you don't have all the features another company's payroll system offers. The app is called eSELFSERVE, yet I can't change anything without administrator approval? A simple direct deposit change needs approval?! Nothing about this is self serve! With other company's payroll system, it's so easy. I wish out company hadn't switched to this one. And there is no way (or easy way to contact support).
