Excellent and easy to use

I travel abroad frequently and I find Yesim safe, reliable and easy to use. Also customer support is responsive if any problem should arise for any reason such as difficulty with installing the sim. I had a problem where my phone device was locked by carrier and I didn’t realize before purchasing a plan and they still offered me a full refund even though the fault was of my own so that is also pretty cool bc most companies will not refund you if it’s not their fault.. I really like Yesim and highly recommend it. Far wise as pricing goes, I think they could lower the price a little that’s the only thing I’m not crazy about but other than that, I love Yesim.

Works excellent and inexpensive global data

I’ve used Yesim during my travels in South Africa and Europe (early 2020). The service works well with newer iPhones and is very inexpensive compared to other eSim providers (paid 6 euro per GB for 30 days). Recommend trying it out to save drastically on your home plans when traveling (often $10 a day with AT&T and Verizon.

Just ensure you do have the right settings: make Yesim your cellular data line and do not allow cellular data switching to your primary provider to save costs.

Not sure.

I have no idea how much data I'm purchasing. I decided to try this esim app out because there's no limitation and free VPN, however, it doesn't show your purchase history, and again, I have no idea how much data I'm actually purchasing.

***Update***
After browsing around more, I think I've figured it out. I purchased the International plan, which is great for me because of my job. I think once I purchase, it only deducts what I use, however much data that is. It doesn't actually show any data it just shows the deduction from my Ycoins. I have to keep my airalo because this one doesn't let me use my phone number, which I absolutely need.

As the pricing is different in different countries you see the amount of data left only when you are connected to the network, so the app know in which country you are at the moment and calculates amount of GB left based on your current country. Best in my experience

I used (or merely tried to) many eSIM cards, in many time zones. They all had problems and a good number proved unusable.
YeSIM had problems, as well. What puts it in a different class though, are these factors:
1. Those problems were minor, they were always correctable and the ESIM proved to always function in the end as advertised;
2. The TECHNICAL SUPPORT was always first class; both in quality and promptness.
THAT is the feature of this card that sets it apart from the competition.

Was Slow at First, until they got me on Fast Access.

Initially, when I got the eSIM, it was running at basic 4G speeds on my iPhone XS, and it was terrible. I reached out to their support team to see if there was a solution. After modifying the USIM’s DMI and APN settings, the connection is now performing at LTE speeds, and they’re way better than my primary carrier (UScellular). I would definitely recommend them over BNESIM, as I haven’t been able to find an option similar to this with their eSIMs.

Superb Support

I have used Yesim for many years, particularly when traveling. It is a low cost option for people who are not heavily dependent on constant internet access. There was a bit of a learning curve with the terminology of Y Coins as their currency, which allows it to be translated into a country’s currency. I have had to use their support frequently, to my embarrassment, but the responses have always been extremely prompt.

Great app with amazing customer service

I am a frequent traveler, and I have been using yesim for a long time. This app is pretty much all you need for travel, it works in every country with a super affordable rate. On top of that, their customer support is really easy to reach, very friendly and helpful, they always try to help you as fast as they can. I highly recommend this app to anyone!

Very much recommend

I travel frequently from the US and I’ve been using yesim for multiple years now. The customer support team is super responsive and always addresses any issues I have with getting my eSIM card to function. Not having to worry about paying for an expensive international data plan has been great!

Coming in clutch!

While travelling in Uzbekistan for work, I not only needed an eSIM, but also a VPN that would work with the hotel wifi.
