This app is mostly fabulous, however the ‘back’ button logs me out instead of going back one page. Overall, I love this app and it functions as it should. Transferring money between accounts is easy and viewing all of my accounts in one place is fantastic.

I’ve had a few different banks for personal and business since I was a teenager (I’m 37 now). I don’t have bad credit I never have, Ive always paid my bills but other banks still screwed me over. ESL has been the only bank that hasn’t screwed me over. If there ever is a problem 99% of the time I can just do the online chat to have the problem fixed which they always do! Many business owners I know use other banks because they have deals where you get 2% back of the money you spend using their business credit card, they pay higher % on the money you keep in their accounts but I tried that with other banks and there’s always a problem! I’ve been using esl for my business for 3 years now and my personal account for 15 years. I used ESL for a personal loan some years back they were a few percent higher then this other bank I use to do business with but I gladly paid the extra few percent because I know I wouldn’t have any issues with ESL.

I don’t generally take the time to write these reviews, but the first question I asked when looking to set up the account was whether they offered mobile deposit. I have never completed a mobile deposit without the app failing. I have to restart my phone every-single-time. Sometimes twice if I’m depositing more then one check. I called to talk to someone about the problem and they told me they are no longer getting reports about this type of problem and that if I needed to I should just go into the bank to make my deposits. Needless to say it was exceptionally frustrating seeing as I was reporting a problem that has been a known problem in the past and is clearly not resolved and the whole point is to NOT have to drive to the bank to make these deposits.

This app is so user friendly, it’s just easy to use. ESL had done an amazing job. I just love this app. I have had a couple of minor issues and their help and support team were there when I needed them. They are easy to talk to, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s nice to be able to talk to people willing to help. I have had nothing but good experiences with this bank unlike several banks in the past. They have earned my loyalty and trust.
