Disappointing

For all of the money ESPN makes, the experience on this app is incredibly disappointing. There are times where I try and use the app and get a “network error” message no matter how strong my connection to numerous sources of wifi is or how many bars of 4G LTE I have. I finally stopped receiving that error and now the radio stations just won’t play at all. I’m a huge fan of Keyshawn Jay Will & Max, but I live in GA, so if ESPN isn’t live streaming the radio show on tv, there’s no way for me to tune in via radio which is why I used the app. It’s beyond frustrating that I can’t tune into my favorite radio show because ESPN can’t get their own app together regardless of them being a multi million dollar industry. Luckily, Keyshawn Jay Will & Max are on Apple podcast so I can catch it there. I will NEVER use the ESPN radio app again and I need it to be known that the reason is because of the subpar experience and lack of functionality. You’ve lost a user.
