ESS Reflexis

Worst piece of garbage ever. There is Reflexis, 4.1 and 4.2. None of them work well and we are given all three by the company and told to upload them. We are not given the correct QR code’s. I received a message saying you would like to resolve issues. Respond with an email or phone number I can use to contact you. Your company doesn’t even make it easy to reach customer service.

Can’t update availability..

Every time I try it says “delete function “ please fix. Can’t keep having problems leaving work too late at night! Also can’t see my coworkers shifts because the text cuts off the time when they are supposed to arrive. If we are going to be forced to use this at least make it functional.

Contact system operator application cannot be run on this device for security reason

Can you please confirm whether your device is jailbroken or not. Due to security reasons, we do not allow our app to run on jailbroken devices.
