Supportive tool for emotional health!
This app is a better version of the older app called Essential Emotions (which I also loved). It has the full version of the book (not just excerpts like the other app) and includes meditations for each oil! I also love the updated Body Guide section which allows for a more intuitive way to figure out what is going on emotionally that is manifesting in physical symptoms. I have the book too, but find myself using the app way more as I always have my phone on me and so it’s easy to just open the app to figure out in the moment what emotion I’m struggling with and how to support releasing it with essential oils, meditations, visualizations etc. Such a helpful app!
Great New App!
I am so excited for this TOTALLY New App! I am grateful that the Essential Emotions team didn’t just try to “bandaid” the old app to make it work. This is a totally new experience with so many extras! Yes, it is more money and you have to subscribe each year, but I always buy a new book and the tools each year, so I see this as the same thing. I love the meditations!! And I can’t wait for all the audio mediations to be added! I haven’t subscribed to move with Jo yet… still sitting with that one. But thank you team for imagining what could be!!
