Esthetician Exam Center 4+

I love this app and have honestly absorbed information better from this app then I did in school or just from reading the Milady book, but that’s also just how I learn. I haven’t taken my test yet (I’m in CA fyi), but have heard from others that have used this app and taken the test that it is very similar to the real exam, even down to the wording (I don’t know how similar it is to other states though). My only suggestion is that when you reset the tests, the questions and order of the answers should be rearranged. This would help me (and I’m sure others) feel like I’m actually learning and know the answers instead of it just being muscle memory. Sometimes it feels like I only got the question right because I remembered where the answer was from the last time I took it. But that is my only suggestion and it’s definitely worth the $10

In addition to my standard Milady textbook, forget to study it at your own peril, I considered all the extra study options I could find because I was determined to pass the written exam even with my memory issues.

Because you will receive a random test which can be one of many versions the testing centers use, I wanted to be as thoroughly prepared as possible.
I tried a few other apps that were just ok, then discovered Esthetician Exam Center. EEC delivered the most realistic, comprehensive and current testing info available, cross platform.
I read that the highly experienced esthetician who created the app is also an educator who worked for “Milady”, the publisher of the Standard Esthetic and Cosmetology textbooks.

If you’re serious, get the $9.99 unlimited version and take as many of the exams as you have time for over and over. I did that and am certain that is what pushed my knowledge retention over the edge. This crew is dedicated. I asked a question of the app developer and had a response within an hour. On a Sunday. The app is no frills, straightforward and easy to use anywhere...it was just what I needed to help me ace the real test in record time. So many thanks EEC!

I have taken medical exams and have passed first time and gotten nation wide certifications. For some reason the esthetician exam is SO HARD. I personally think the content is outdated that we received in school. I even purchased practice test exams from the official website. I used all my given materials from school and failed the test 2 times (by 1-3 points) I scheduled the third test but I was telling myself I absolutely could not fail again. Thankfully I met another esti who told me about this app. I used this app and everything about it from the questions, language used etc. I just had a good feeling it was going to work for me too. I passed and I honestly retained information even better using this. Also im in NM if that helps anyone!
