Description
Create high-level estimates for your new projects: define a set of tasks (envisioned, for example, by analyzing a request received from a customer), specify their estimated effort values, identify and mark the work items that may be parallelized to the ones above, optionally set up your hour rate amount, and you're done: view immediate results in the Gantt chart tab. You can also use the Copy values command from the context menu of the estimation values section to copy them as tab separated values directly to clipboard (and from there to your desired destination app, such as for backup purposes or simply to reply to your customer, providing the project duration and cost estimation that they have asked for.) Optionally, you can also set an internal risk percent besides the tasks themselves (for example, if you think that you may run into unexpected delays while performing the necessary work during the project): this will decrease the resource allocation units used upon task scheduling and therefore it would enlarge the estimated duration accordingly, without increasing the billable hour count or the total cost of the project. Note that everything is computed directly on your device to maximize privacy, and to run offline whenever needed too.

Export does not include task details.
This app has provided unique functionality in an easy to use way. I like that it provides a quick way to estimate work and it’s great that risk can be included in the estimate. Areas for Improvements are: (1) the ability to copy the entire basis of estimate. The app only copies the summary values (start, finish, duration, cost) it does not give you the details that make up the estimate so they can be stored as reference information or shared with a client. **** If I had known about this limitation, I would not have paid for the app. Having access to the data that I put in an app is extremely important to me. **** I like that the data is copied to the clip board but frustrated that the task details are not included. (2) Only 1 estimate can be active in the app and there is no way to save the estimating file locally so that it can be updated, revised, or used as a template for other estimates. I think in addition to the 2 items above, that a 5-star app would also include 1 well-formatted pdf and email report for the Estimator’s records that includes project summary, gantt view, and all task details. And, 1 well-formatted report for Clients that did not include risk.
