Hard to communicate confusing and to use

silly nickname all gone
I have 4 different apps to manage my mom’s medical, this is by far the worst to use. Communication with the Dr doesn’t allow to reply to specific messages or providers with in the practice. You have to just post a new message and due to this critical things get missed. The app opens to a icon of a microphone and have no idea what that’s for then to message the practitioner you click connect which asks if it’s an emergency then if you say no it allows you to post a message. This message can’t be sent to a specific provider or reply to a previous message so all context is lost. Who ever designed this app needs some User Interface training. I have 4 different apps to access my Mom’s care providers and this is by far the worst. Wish all care could use one app. Hopefully not this one.

Login doesn’t work properly. When you can get it, the information from the doctor is useless and most of the medical records aren’t even uploaded. If I could give this app a zero, I would. Not recommend at all .

Downloaded the app on iphone13 Pro Max and when I select the ethizo app icon to open it, the ethizo logo appears, in a flash, as if the app is opening. Then, in a flash, the app closes. Very frustrating and a good way to loose confidence in this app.
