This app has great service, nice and helpful support and I like it so much ! I’m trying to using it more and more instead of other applications… ❤️
Great app, needs some improvement.
Compared to other delivery apps Tazz is great. My only issue is that there’s no option in the app to report a missing product from my order. Apps like glovo and foodpanda let you report a missing product within the delivery review and get easily refunded for the missing order.

Good concept, app needs improvement
I like the variety of the restaurants that offer free delivery. However the app is lacking in customer service. It’s difficult to report issue with an order, unable to track your delivery en route, unable to contact couriers to ask on status and unable to tip on app. They should take a page from the Glovo app and improve the platform with customer service in mind.
