How is this real

I don’t understand how this is real but getting a good amount of cash back for charging my car. I love you.

Start good, but been having issue lately

The app start strong to the point that I decide to get the unlimited plan, but for the las 5 day the app its been having issues 3 of them the app was stock reflecting my car as charging when it was not charging this cause me not been able to start charging on multiple occasions. Now the last 2 day when I try starting a session it give me a error message contact support and every single time they said they need to get back to me and as if right now I have not been contact.

Hopefully they fix this since I did really like the app while it work for 2 weeks and see potential on it.

Will update my review once issue is resolve
