Application allows you to control all your Eva devices from a single app – you don’t have to switch between multiple apps or accounts. Evapolar mobile application doesn’t require any additional hardware, so if you have compatible evaSMART devices you can set everything up from your phone and you’re good to go.

Google Home issues
Loving my Evapolar so much. This this is magically cold and the light colors are amazing. However, the integration with apps is a bit clunky. My device started giving me a Cartridge Err. message until I updated the firmware. That’s fine, but unclear because that was the wrong message to display for an update. Then after it was updated, the app was disconnected from the device as if it was reset to factory settings. So I had to reconnect my Evapolar back to the app.
Also another issue is with Google Home. When I give it the commands to turn on, off, and change colors, it works. However, my Google Home says ”Sorry, It looks like Evapolar SmartHome is unavailable right now.” Please fix this so that my Google Home can understand the commands. Having more commands would also be nice like “Lower/Raise the fan speed to 50%”
Waste of “smart” money
I paid extra to buy the smart cooler which connects to Alexa via an app. No matter what I try, I can’t get the app to connect to my device…so in essence, I wasted the extra money buying the smart device.
Just buy a cheap little fan. It Cools better
Useless piece of junk. The App is an embarrassing failure. Never consider any of your products again. Will feel great when I take a sledge hammer to this ridiculous attempt at a mini swamp cooler. Get some real developers or discontinue the stupid app.
