Event Speaker Timer Pro 4+

Worked great, great support

App worked great and great support too. I had a question about something and got a response within 15 min! We used it to manage timing on a band set list for a benefit concert. Musicians needed to know song and timing for each song and if we needed to stretch it out or shorten it depending on crowd and other event activities. This worked really well for that. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is I had pre-loaded the whole set list with timings and images. When I closed app and then re-opened at event, everything was there but the images were no longer associated with each pre-set so I had to redo that - thought it would be saved with other info. Not a huge deal but an area to improve. Anyway, will use again.

App might need an update

I can't set the presets so that it changes font/ background color at a certain time. Option is greyed out and not selectable. Also, the display only shows min/seconds, not hours. Simplify display also goes weird and not useful. I think I've narrowed this down to my laptop and what it can display. Those aren't big deal breakers for me, but the reason I bought the pro version was to take advantage of the presets so that I could automate the process of changing the speaker times and alerting presenters that their time was up.

SHORTCUTS SEVERELY LACKING

The only keyboard shortcut that seems to be here is "start" using the enter key, but pressing again does not pause. I really want to use this with OSC control so I can use it with a stream deck and access presets, start, stop, and reset with the press of a button. But even without OSC control if there were hotkeys that operated correctly I could deal with that. Can you tell me if I am missing something or if you will add better funtionality in the future? At the moment it's pretty frustrating, but I think it has potential.
