Good App for Events
I was having trouble with the app crashing, and I got an answer to the problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It seems to have helped. I would love to have a notes section with each class I attended.
Disaster! Video streaming nightmare!
I paid for the top tier package to accommodate a large number of attendees. I received hundreds of emails from listeners who were upset because they were unable to access the videos or watch the entire video because of streaming issues. Also, the process for people to login into the app is very difficult. They must enter their email twice. I received a ton of complaints about this. And, when I asked the Constantin about the issues, he said it was because videos were not loaded in the app. How could that be if some people were able to view the videos and rated them inside the app but others were not able to access the videos at all. This was a complete disaster. Great concept but horrible and damaged my reputation with my attendees .
Thank goodness for the speakers
The event could have Venn better organized and planned. Better directions could have been given before releasing attendees to breakout sessions to avoid chaos.
More communication and coordination with hotel personnel was needed. Parking, food, and sound system were a problem.
The sound at morning and afternoon keynote sessions were too loud!!
The speakers and all sessions I attended were great!
