Happy to have salad available in downtown SW Portland, where I work :)
Sad that I was not able to use the 50% signup discount that I was promised.
Still happy to be able to order a salad so close to work that I can walk to pick my order up. Love your cilantro lime dressing and good bread.
No Apple Pay?
I was forced to use this painful app because the location won’t answer their phone. It took 15 minutes from start to finish to place an order. Get to the end and they don’t take Apple Pay, so I had to enter a credit card and I only have two options: save the card with rewards or save the card without rewards. Here’s an idea: how about you don’t save my card at all? You can’t write an efficient app, no way I trust your IT to not immediately have a data breach and expose my CC to the world.
Never buying from them again.

App is terrible
This is the first review I have ever written and I went out of my way to write this. First, editing your order is very frustrating and I always have to go through trouble just to reorder the same thing. Second, there is a delivery promotion that is going on right now and I used that option. I set my order for 2pm and by 2 the app said my order was delivered but in reality they gave it to door dash and I was unable to see when it would arrive. My order ended up arriving two hours later with no notification of delivery.
