I just want to pay my bill
I’m not entirely sure what the point of this app is… There must be some really happening social side to the electric company I guess…
Not what I was looking for at all…
Please, could you guys make an app where residential customers can just jump on to pay their bill or look at how much electricity they have used or manage other aspects of their account. That would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks sincerely one of your many customers in South Central Kansas
Worst app
You can’t pay your bill, it won’t let me log in even though my information is correct. Make an app to where I can stay logged in, pay my bill and manage my energy. App is useless.
Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work. You open it, hit sign in, pulls up an internet page that just loads FOREVER and doesn’t ever open. Might as well just go to the website
