Evermusic - professional music player for your MAC. Audio equalizer, bass booster, ID3 tags editor, playlists manager.
The most popular audio formats are supported: MP3, FLAC, AAC, M4A, WAV, AIFF, M4R. With this application, you can move your music library to the cloud service, listen to your music everywhere, free up space on your MAC. The most popular cloud services are supported: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, MEGA, 百度网盘, InfiniCLOUD, Yandex.Disk, WD MyCloud Home, Put.io, MediaFire, MyDrive, pCloud, HiDrive.
You can also connect your personal NAS using SMB, WebDAV, DLNA. Advanced buffering technologies will provide smooth playback.
Automatic synchronization. Your music library is automatically synchronized between cloud service and device. All songs are grouped by album, genre.
Audio equalizer. This app has a built-in equalizer with different presets for the most popular music genres. But you can also select manual equalizer settings and change preamplifier gain if you need to make your music louder.
Offline music. If you want to listen to your music without the Internet just download all needed songs, albums, playlists and listen to your music offline. You can also enable audio player cache and all recently played songs will be downloaded automatically.
Audiobooks. You can use this application as an audiobooks player because there are three useful features: audio bookmarks, playback speed control, saving of media position.
Playlists manager. With this application, you can create and manage playlists, change songs order in a playlist.
ID3 tags editor. If you have corrupted metadata in your files you can edit audio tags using the built-in ID3 tags editor.
File manager. You can manage your files using a file manager. All basic operations are supported.
Advanced search. A smart search engine will help you to find favorite albums, songs in your music library.

Simply the best player for my music collection!
The ultimate cloud music player! I use it for streaming music from Dropbox and Google Drive and save 50Gb on my mac.
Also can download favorite songs for offline playback.

great music player, some issues
I've enjoyed using this music player for the last year. Sometimes it is a bit wonky navigating on phone, but once you get used to it it's very tolerable. I liked how files synced between my iPad and iPhone too! It also has been the best music player i've been able to find since iTunes has become obsolete.
Only issues I've had are music disappearing after being downloaded; after clicking on certain tracks the file will 'disappear' and that's it. Really strange as it's only certain songs? I also can't get my Macbook app to sync to the paid version, so it is stuck on the 'limited version', even though it has worked on the iPhone and iPad. The restore purchases button doesn't work/do anyting :(
Otherwise good app!
Completely unintuitive, doesn't find most of my local music library
First off, it was a challenge to figure out how to access my local files in my - um - stock macOS Music folder? Then it just wanted to play them as a single playlist. WHen I finally figured out how to "import" my already-imported albums (300 ) it then only reported I had 20 artists, which is off by an order of magnitude.
Lack of a useful help system and flaky functionality with a large local music library makes it more useless than Apple's Music app. Removing.

You can easily open files located on your device just use File -> Open menu. If you want to import files to your music library use Music -> Add music -> External files. Once files added to your music library it takes some time to read all tracks metadata and group them by Artists, Genres, Albums.
