Simple, Well Designed “This Day in History” App
This app is essentially an index of Wikipedia articles about events and famous birthdays on the current date. You can also give it permission to pull up pictures you took on this same date in the past. It’s very straightforward, with a nicely designed layout. Scrolling through each day’s events only takes a minute or two, and is a nice daily portion of history and trivia you may not have known before.

I love this app. It is always fun to see what has happened in this day. It keeps me up-to-date on my facts and my history. I am always wowed by the facts it give me.
