Windham is where I signed up for the service. I’m very happy with the wash there and the staff is excellent and with them directly I have no issue.However, when I subscribed to the app, I had been a multi year customer of Golden Nozzle Car Wash and I expected unlimited to mean unlimited. That is not the case. It should say one wash daily because that is all you’re allowed. Also, when I signed up, I was under the understanding that my app was good for any EverWash facility. That also is not the case. As I found out that it is necessary to cancel the service at your home shop,get a credit, and apply that credit to wherever other locations you want to use the service. This is not very convenient at all. If it were not for the fact. That I have a GMC 3500 pick up with due wheels that won’t fit anywhere else, I would cancel the service.Figure out how to use the app at any location and the once a day wash instead of unlimited Would be an easier pill to swallow.

Wrote to them bc I used the app TWICE to cancel service for the winter season, like I was told that I could do from the reps at the carwash place. I reached out (emailed) yesterday to customer after I tried twice and it was still taking money out of my account! Rep Jenny says that they would not refund my money bc I did not call in. I am calling in now, bc I tried to use the app, like I was told too.. she also commented that she didnt see where I reached out! She must be remedial bc I told her I used the app and NOW I am reaching out bc it did not work!!! I also responded…what do you mean I did not reach out!! I CALLED AND SPOKED WITH A REP YESTERDAY!!!! He told me then that in order to freeze the account I had to call and ask which is totally different from what the carwash people told me. From the carwash reps I was told that I can change it through the app! I told her…That’s ok.. I will handle you all myself.. Evidently there is no communication between you all, the reps and the actual establishments! So yesterday I recieved an email of cancellation.. Fine with me… my bank credited my account… they need to make sure that alllll reps, carwash workers too, know their OWN policies and procedures!

My car unfortunately is not kept in a garage so there are times when I go out in the morning and take one look at the car and know I need to hit the car wash. I don’t have to worry about going to the bank first and I always have ones to leave for those that towel dry my car. So I go when I need to go which may be twice a week or more but since it’s paid for I don’t worry about it. I pull up the app on my phone and that’s all there is to it. They spray wash it before they ever send the car thru, if they notice a twig or excess leaves stuck under the windshield ledge they pull them out or hose them out. If something got on my car they hose it until it’s off. The people who dry the car are always nice and don’t rush thru it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service or the people who work there.

Forfeited subscription because it was more damaging to my vehicle than what it was worth! I recently had a full professional detail on one of two vehicle that were under the subscription and learned that there were multiple scratches due to the brushless clothes in the paint and that the chemicals used is damaging to the paint, as well as the clear coat finish on the car. As a customer of Maple Shade NJ, the quality of service declined when they eliminated the hand dry service upon exiting the wash bay! Their attitude was that they were upgrading the system, making it a more self efficient car wash, but forget about quality of service and long time personal relationship established as a customer. It is a matter of time before they continue to lose customers. Protect your investment, reconsider whether or not you want to resume your membership!
