Description

EVNotify allows you to track the state of charge as well as data such as charging power of your electric vehicle from distance. It gives you notification when the desired state of charge has been achieved or your charge interrupted!

The special thing is - there are no costs for you - you don't have to worry about anything.
The only thing you need, is a device with Bluetooth, internet connection and a bluetooth-capable OBD2-Dongle.

EVNotify monitors the state of charge for you - even then, when the car itself doesn't have a internet or app connection. This does EVNotify for you.

Image the following situation:
You are charging with your electric vehicle on a fast charger , you want to leave, but still have to wait for the car, till the battery is up to 80% again. Normally you have to look for the car's state of charge every few minutes - have to leave and go physically to the car, just to check if you are ready to drive again.
With EVNotify installed, you can easily set when you want to drive again - and just get notified in realtime in different notifications ways you've setup when the desired state of charge has been achieved.

Since the new update of EVNotify, you can also find charging stations to have an overview at any time, where you can charge next.

ODB2 menu still not accessible

As many have mentioned in reviews , the pull down menu to add a new ODB2 device is still messed up where it isn’t visible .

Chevy Bolt Not Fully Supported

I am very hopeful this product will continue to improve and soon fully support the Chevy Bolt and all American EV’s. (Thus, the 4 star rating.). It is understandable, being a European company the Bolt was not high on the list in the beginning.

Also, a great deal of credit goes to the app creator who created the app at age 19.

Please continue your good work. Your product is greatly needed. Many of us are rooting for your success.

Can’t add ODB2 Device

I downloaded this because it was able to push data to A Better Route Planner but I haven’t been able to get it to let me add the odb2 dongle. I can see it in the Bluetooth settings, however whenever I try to add the dongle to the app by tapping on the link it just moves me to the top of the app’s settings page and doesn’t attempt to do anything else. It was free, so I guess you get what you pay for.
