EVoke EV Charging 4+

Meh

I have to agree with what other reviewer said about this app in this company, the technology works some of the time… When it works it’s great, when it doesn’t work it’s horrific. The app is super buggy and as of right now it just isn’t connecting.

The saving grace is that the people who run their customer service are often quite helpful and will get back to you right away. That’s not always the case, but when they do, they’re very communicative.

I just wish this thing would work.

Very flakey

This is my first App Store review. I have evoke units installed in my apartment building. They only work about 70% of the time, usually due to a bug activating the charger with this app. Even if the core functionality worked, the app is poorly implemented. Screens are slow to load, I have no charging history despite using this service to charge multiple times and every time I charge it says I will be billed $0.04/kWH.

I’ve never been billed. Not confidence inspiring.

2 stars because at least it sometimes works.

Latest updates… Loads of improvement

Lots of improvement from locating a station(search), activating charging and payment process.

Look forward to further improvements.
