Very Pleased with My Switch!
I recently switched to Evolve despite being somewhat unsure how well I would like their prepaid model of doing business and I am pleased to report that I am very happy with this switch. I thought I would use the app to check in on my usage and energy costs a couple times a month but I’ve actually been doing it every day because it’s fun to see how much $$$ you’re saving. There is no more holding your breath while you open the latest bill either! You always know exactly what you’ve used and how much it has cost you. Highly recommend!
I was spending so much. I switched to Evolve and when I wasn’t using it, I was barely charged and sometimes went 1-2 months without charge. It’s the cheapest and best deal out there. Really wished I found out about it sooner.
Do not choose them
The initial sign up was very easy, and the first month was super cheap. The second month by bill doubled and the third month they randomly cut off my service. And after I reached out to them through email twice I finally had to call in fear that my lights would shut off. I was told the electric provider canceled my account. So they said to wait a week and they would fix it. They never did so switch to another company. And a month later they randomly charged me $50 and cut my service back on. I’m hoping I can resolve this and not have to pay a cancellation fee and cut my lights back on through my other provider. this has been the worst experience. I do not recommend them.
