why am i like this? ,


i’m feeling very disappointed in myself. also sad, angry, frustrated and stressed. i can’t seem to change or improve for the better. i’m constantly hurting others, and myself. i’m constantly ruining the good things in my life. i let people down when they don’t deserve it. i don’t understand why? what’s wrong with me? i hate myself more than i love myself 99% of the time. i want to become a better version of me, one i am proud of, happy with, and whose actions match my words. i’m tired of these constant feelings of unworthiness, regret, shame, embarrassment, disappointment, and hate. i’m learning to hold myself accountable and take responsibility for my mistakes, actions, and words but the feelings previously mentioned linger for days and i get so depressed. i just want to disappear.

happy to see this app but...

i was excited when i came across this app because it seems very lgbtq+ friendly however upon my first bedtime meditation part of the guidance suggested going back to a time when you were a younger "boy or girl"...that was kind of jarring as a non-binary person... would suggest updating meditations to be less binary, therefore more inclusive, a great remedy would be to just add "or young person". Glad to see meditations around dealing with transphobia, will check those out. Will continue to use the app and hoping for less gendered guidance in future meditations.

Super cute super helpful but

I adore this app it has a lot of what I was looking for at an affordable price. But… it keeps asking me to rate the app! I’ve barely gotten to look at it all because it keeps popping up with that or asking me to share please take away that sharing thing I just want to be able to do the each exercise without being asked to share I don’t want to share I just need the therapy that’s available on this app
