High touch areas are objects and spaces that are most frequently touched by hospital staff, patients, and visitors. High Touch Test challenges environmental service employees (EVS) to identify high touch areas before engaging in the act of cleaning. EVS techs are on the front line in the fight against hospital infections as they fight to stop the transfer of microorganisms. Show your environmental service expertise by identifying high contact surfaces in a hospital patient room. Identify items in the correct order to earn the most points.

EVS Coach: High Touch Test along with all games in the EVS Coach series contains simplified aspects of environmental services training. The games are intended to be used as part of a larger training curriculum and, as such, are not complete representations of all aspects of environmental services work. Mastery of gameplay does not certify a player to perform work as a hospital employee.
