Workers can view and interact with schedule, capture point of care information such as location of service, clock-in/out information, time worked, and clinical details of service provided to clients.
The information from the mobile is delivered securely and efficiently to our enterprise portal which provides agencies with a feature rich and user friendly environment, to perform and manage business operations such as scheduling , payroll, claim processing and wide variety of reports to gain insight on their business operation.

Simple overall but has some issues
It’s similar to the My EVV app. But it feels more streamlined and easier to use. It would be nice if it could save your tasks so you don’t have to check/ uncheck ones you usually do.
However, when you go to the signature screen you have to tilt your phone horizontally, but when you click next it doesn’t always work and sometimes you have to scroll down. Hope this issue will be addressed in a not too distant future update.

You’ve got the general idea and your on the right track to a great skilled care home health documentation app. I’m a skilled home health nurse and I don’t completely hate it. But… I did submit a lot of much needed suggestions for improvements through my employer that need worked on soon, like yesterday soon. I appreciate that you have other that are submitting or planning to submit suggestions as well but this app has not been updated in over a year. The suggestions that I submitted are clinically important to us nurses so that our final pdf documentation will be complete and accurate. Please place a priority on the Prima updates and keep in mind that a nurses signed clinical documentation becomes a legal document if this app or any app is hindering what the skilled nurse intends then we might as well go back to paper notes. My employer knows my feelings on this subject and so do the other nurses I work with, who are voicing the same issues. We’ve been waiting patiently for an needed update but the nurses will get much louder and defiant if we don’t see the updates soon. Nurses don’t like their documentation messed with. Trust me, our employers do not want to deal with a bunch of upset nurses in the mist of a hiring crisis. Please make EVV Plus app updates your top priority. Please, please and thank you.
