Our new mobile app was created to enhance Exclusive Resorts Members’ vacation experiences with The Club. Throughout the process, we have been collaborating with our Club Members to identify key features the app should include. Directly through the app, Club Members will be able to edit items on their itinerary, chat directly with their on-site Concierge, get driving directions to the residence, rate their experiences to help other Club Members, and so much more.

Tell us exactly how you like to vacation by filling out the Preferences section. For example, tell us about your hobbies and interests, favorite foods, your in-residence preferences (like what time and how often you want housekeeping to come), and if you'd prefer to communicate with your Ambassador and on-site Concierges by text, email, or phone.
Direct Messaging with Your Service Team
Send messages directly to your on-site Concierge, Ambassador, or Regional Membership Director via the in-app Connect function. Connect allows you to have direct conversations with your key points of contact at The Club and allows us to elevate our service levels by ensuring your comments, questions, and requests are followed up with quickly and efficiently.
Once you’re within 100 miles of your Exclusive Resorts vacation destination on the day of check-in, the app will recognize your location and provide you with a variety of options to assist you including driving directions to your residence or asking if you want to message your on-site Concierge.
Direct Wi-Fi Connection
Once you’ve arrived at your Exclusive Resorts residence, connect to the Wi-Fi with a simple click of a button. You’ll no longer have to search for the Wi-Fi name and type in the password.
Add Itineraries to Your Mobile Calendar and Rate Your Experiences
You’ll be able to sync your itinerary with your calendar, ensuring you always know what activities you have planned, where they’re located, and when they start. You’ll also be able to get directions to your experiences and rate them.
Optimized House Bill Payment Process
Input your credit card details directly in the app and use it to pay for your Exclusive Resorts house bills. Gratuities can also be added and paid for using this payment method.
Due to COVID-19, The Club’s core Residence Collection cancellation policy has changed. This version updates the cancellation policy within the mobile app.

I used the app first in Telluride. It’s super intuitive and helpful in accessing your itinerary, house bill and communication with the concierge. Big thumbs up👍
