Exactly what I needed

I wasn’t looking for a video game type app; just create a plan and keep it easy to follow.
So this is perfect! I have the TV in the background playing stuff while this tells me what to do.
It would be awesome if it was also native for iPad (not iPhone on iPad since it doesn’t rotate) for my bike it’s easier to mount an iPad (I know... weird)
One thing that I feel is missing is to be able to clone an existing plan so it’s easier to create a new one and make adjustments.
And maybe an option to toggle a more narrow gap of Resistance level. In other words instead of having presets [0,4,8,12,16,20] have an option to toggle a set that has [0,2,4,6,8,10,12...]
And perhaps the ability to re-order the workouts so the custom ones are at the top.
Other than that solid 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A straightforward aid

I’ve been experiencing knee pain when running, so I’ve been looking for apps to help me workout effectively on other machines. This app is very straightforward, clean in its design, and provides helpful data on calorie burn and other metrics. I found the heart rate targets during the workouts incredibly helpful when using the stationary bike and have already recommended the app to family members.

Great, but missing some simple features

Love the app and default workouts—it’s concise, clear, and almost everything I’m looking for. The possibility of creating custom workouts is fantastic, however my one complaint is that it is very tedious to do so. Two features that are missing are copy/paste of intervals and moving intervals up/down with a simple drag of the finger. A few upgrades like this was drastically improve the experience of anyone interested in creating custom workouts.
