The Exercise Calorie Converter, from AthleteInMe.com®, converts the calories in restaurant menu items into minutes of exercise, specific for your body weight. The results are reported as minutes of walking, jogging, swimming, and bicycling. Using this app when you dine out helps you make lower-calorie choices. This is Version 3.0. It has new features and a more extensive database of foods and beverages. Prior versions have appeared in Good Housekeeping magazine, on SHAPE.com, and on Olympic gymnast Shannon Miller’s web site. The app has also been recognized for excellence by Web Health Awards.

Highly Recommended!

Great app to compliment your eating and fitness goals! I love being able to know how much biking or walking I need to do to burn off that restaurant meal I just ate or the beer I just drank. Before using this app, I was actually not doing enough exercise to burn off those calories. I now have a better idea and my waist is slimmer.

Great App, Really makes you think about what you eat!

I've tried all different kinds of apps to monitor and evaluate food intake but none have hit home like this one. I really like understanding the relationship between food and excersise, it helps me to make informed choices and drives me to exercise more!
