Keep it Simple

As a 14yr veteran of the fitness industry, I can honestly say most folks try to get too cute, too fancy with workouts. It doesn’t have to be that way to be effective. Exercise Simple accomplishes just that; exercise, that’s simple, that you can do (anywhere), and you can adhere to. It’s not about the ‘time’ you put into your workouts; it’s about WHAT you put into that time. So keep it simple, and be successful!

Believe it

I had the good fortune to take classes from Coach Steve in real life and wondered if the experience would be the same on an app. It totally is! The exercises are challenging but variations are offered if you need them and Steve is so motivating even when he's not there in real life. This is pure genius and I think I've finally found an exercise program that will work and that I can stick with. So simple.

Easy for moms!

Simple, effective, short workouts you can do while baby is playing by your side or napping. I appreciate you can pause the workout as many times as you need. As a busy momma with a toddler, those distractions can be endless! With this app I can still get in a workout. The live communication with an awesome coach is great for accountability and feedback too!
